Why Ibrahimovic could leave Manchester United before end of season
Zlatan Ibrahimovic could reportedly leave Manchester United before the end of the season.
Ibrahimovic extended his stay at Old Trafford by one year last summer and recently made a return from the knee injury he suffered in the 2016/2017 campaign.
But according to a report on Yahoo, the 36-year-old could leave
before his contract expires at the end of this season, if he accepts an
offer from an American or Chinese side.
Major League Soccer and the Chinese Super League seasons begin in March and teams from both leagues have been linked with moves for Ibrahimovic.
It is widely believed that Ibrahimovic will not stay at United beyond this season, but it is left to be seen if the club will allow him move before June, when his contract expires.
